SEO Manager

Position: SEO Manager Job Description: We are looking for an experienced SEO expert to join our marketing team and lead search engine optimization strategies and execution.

What You’ll Be Doing Key contributor to strategic marketing programs, focusing on SEO.

Responsible for the delivery of strategic plans within our organic search programs Conduct technical and content audits, competitor analysis, and keyword research, to discover new SEO opportunities.

Determine thematic trends that will help inform editorial content strategy.

Optimize web pages to include content, metadata, internal and external links, etc.

Analyze, track and report on overall natural search performance and initiatives.

Collaborate across the marketing organization to align to web goals.

Serves as an SEO expert within marketing and resource for best practices, and mentorship of junior team members.

Guides others in resolving complex issues in specialized area based on existing solutions and procedures.

Serves as an expert within own discipline.

Serves as a resource for best practices/quality on functional teams or projects.

Trains/mentors junior staff.

What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, similar degree, or equivalent experience 8 years of experience in an SEO role, preferably at an ecommerce company.

Ability and desire to take charge of projects to drive business results and to work in a fast-paced environment on multiple projects.

Strong analytic marketing orientation that regularly tests, refines, and optimizes for SEO performance KPS.

Working knowledge of web analytic tools such as Google Analytics.

Strong project management; detail-oriented and highly organized; proactive Excellent presentation and reporting skills to organize and present campaign results.
