FOX Sports includes the sports television arm of the FOX Network; FS1, FS2, FOX Soccer Plus and FOX Deportes.

FOX Sports’ digital properties include FOXSports.com and the FOX Sports App, which provides live streaming video of FOX Sports content, instant scores, stats and alerts to iOS and Android devices.

Additionally, FOX Sports and social broadcasting platform, Caffeine jointly own Caffeine Studios which creates exclusive eSports, sports and live entertainment content.

Also included in FOX Sports’ portfolio are FOX’s interests in joint-venture business Big Ten Network as well as a licensing agreement that established the FOX Sports Radio Network.n JOB DESCRIPTION n nnFOX Sports is currently seeking a Senior Vice President of Brand Communications to be responsible for driving proactive storytelling around the brand’s core narrative – who we are as a brand through innovation, creativity, entertainment and our connection to culture and community.

In alignment with the FOX Sports EVP of Communications, FOX Corporation and working cross-functionally across the sports organization, as SVP you will also build long-term, cohesive strategies around the brand’s biggest moments in alignment with the respective category/sport teams and the FOX portfolio.

And finally, as part of the brand’s culture and community footprint, you will lead community outreach strategy, elevate diversity communications and maintain a pulse on culture and societal matters.nn nn ABOUT YOU nn nnYou are a dynamic and passionate professional with an exceptional track record in brand communications, digital and entertainment.

Ideally you will have significant tenure working with brands and optimally with some exposure to building and growing a company’s brand through effective communication outreach.

You will bring a demonstrated ability to serve as a strategist in an entrepreneurial and fast-paced environment, ideally with experience at a cable network and/or television studio with knowledge around digital communications.nn nn A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES nn nnOversee brand, digital and entertainment public relations engines, partnering with FOX Sports strategy, content, digital and marketing executives, along with producers, talent relations and talent to build a dynamic, multi-level brand communication strategynn nnLead digital communication strategy in partnership with FOX Sports Digital to elevate storytelling across all tentpoles, our app, FOXSports.com, streaming and social, including driving @FOXSportsPR social strategy and outreachnn nnLead entertainment public relations strategy for FOX Sports to drive publicity for FOX Sports documentaries and original series (i.e.

Magnify), working collaboratively with FOX Entertainmentnn nnOversee culture and community outreach efforts in the strategic development of FOX Sports Supports and FOX Sports University, as well as all corporate sponsorshipsnn nnDrive diversity communications – an integral part of our DEI enginenn nnCollaborate with the FOX Portfolio Solutions and FOX Corporate teams on major tentpole events to elevate brand presence and media exposure across the organizationnn nnLead agency management and visual brand proficiency across communications team driving creative center of excellence, that includes everything from analytics to experiential moments to influencer work nn nnServe as a spokesperson in support of the overall profile of the division and its management where needednn nn WHAT YOU WILL NEED nn nn12+ years of experience in brand communications, digital and entertainmentnn nnStrong media contacts and relationships with key entertainment and digital trade and business journalistsnn nnA solid background in driving communication strategy for global brands and/or demonstrated experience in brand marketing communicationsnn nnClear knowledge of business communications and deep knowledge of journalismnn nnStrong track record in working across functional areas and geographiesnn nnAgency management experiencenn nnExceptional leadership skills with an ability to effectively manage, inspire and develop a teamnn nnExcellent communication and presentation skills as well as solid problem solving, strategic and analytic skillsnn nnProfessional demeanor, with the ability to interact with multiple constituencies and juggle many projects simultaneously, and the experience to remain calm under pressurenn nn NICE TO HAVE BUT NOT A DEAL BREAKER nn nnA BA or BS in Communications, Marketing or Journalismnn nn We are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, gender identity, disability, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
