Responsibilities
The Testing Engagement Manager will lead a team of 75-100 testing professionals, working in the client office in Minneapolis and offshore.
Resources perform all aspects of testing Functional /Automation/ Performance/Regression and manage testing environments.
The Testing Engagement Manager is accountable for
1) Delivery excellence of the resources
2) Improving the skill level of resources
3) Introducing testing innovation and improvements including but not limited to SmartQA tools
4) Understanding and taking steps to exceed client expectations
5) Management of financials of the engagement
Managing contracts and reporting, performing against SLAs, Strong testing background and confident communication skills required.
