Senior Technical Product Manager

The Mosaic Product Platform teams mission is to enable Indeed teams to develop and deliver UI across pages and products, rapidly and autonomously.

Indeed is an experimentation-oriented, learning-based product organization, and scaling our ability to run, manage, and analyze UI experiments is critical to our future growth.

As a Senior Technical Product manager, you will set the vision and drive execution for the platform, working closely with your internal product and engineering customers.

This role is highly independent and requires a desire to shape how Indeed thinks about creating great user experiences.

Who You Are

You are able to move from big picture to technical details easily as you work through problems with engineering partners and stakeholders.

You’ve built products that are consumed by software engineers (e.g.

platforms, services, APIs, SDKs) and have simultaneously delivered the right mix of reliability, scalability, performance, and features that delight your users.

You understand how high-velocity software development teams work, and how engineers think.

Most of all, you love solving hard technical challenges to make a difference in the lives of other people, whether they be job seekers, employers or your fellow Indeedians. 

Someone who can meet these expectations should have:

• Demonstrated ability to own platforms or other similar technical products that serve a large and distributed set of internal customers

• Interest in/Understanding of the challenges that front end developers face

• Experience building great products in a marketplace

• An understanding of web technologies

• Proven leadership skills

• A Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a closely related field, or equivalent experience

• 8+ years of consumer or enterprise internet software product management experience

• Outstanding data analysis skills

• Ability to make data-driven business decisions
