Senior Tax Manager

SNI Financial is partnered with a technology company focused on IPO readiness on its Senior Tax Manager search. This is an exciting time to lead the tax function and set up processes to build and run a successful tax department. Our client is looking for someone with strong provision knowledge that also has an understanding of transaction tax and state and local income/franchise tax. In addition, this individual needs prior acquisition due diligence and integration experience to evaluate future acquisitions.
