About the Job:
As a Senior Consultant on the Capital Markets Team, you will work in a fast-paced team setting, alongside industry specialists.

You will become an expert in cross-functional, end-to-end delivery that spans multiple products.

In this role, you will provide BA/PM support and act as the subject matter expert for post trade regulatory reporting (CFTC, MIFID II, EMIR, SEC, SFTR, and UMR).

What You’ll Get to Do:

  • Own the assurance review of pre and post trade transparency and transactional reporting including any and all risk management, process improvement, compliance and reporting responsibilities
  • Requirements gathering, functional design, data analysis, reporting reviews, testing and target operating model design
  • Project manage regulatory implementations & conduct risk
  • Create functional design and data requirements, and supported data sourcing
  • Align client projects and communication into one master plan and resolve conflicts and escalate when needed
  • Understand client’s challenges and issues; document resolution options and go forward plans
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior client leadership

What you’ll bring with You:

  • 5+ years’ experience in capital markets with top tier financial services organizations and/or management consultancies specifically within the regulatory operations space
  • Strong post trade regulatory experience in CFTC / MIFID II / EMIR / SEC / SFTR / UMR reporting
  • Awareness of recent policies within product control and their relationship with regulatory reporting requirements
  • Microsoft office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, etc.)
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise and influence a range of internal and external stakeholders
  • Bachelor’s degree
