Job Description
The successful candidate will have above-average abilities to meet the high standards set by our Company.
Evaluating and Building out a company-wide Project Management System
Project Managing Physical Product creation through the lifecycle
Project Managing IT Projects
Project Managing Data Intelligence Projects
Track progress and roadblocks within projects and across the company
Chartering new projects with proper team members and appropriate slack
Reporting to Management on project status on a weekly basis
Working across a multitude of teams on projects that intersect the teams
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements And Competencies

5-7 years experience as a project manager including both technical and non-technical projects with timelines up to a year
Strong presentation and technical writing skills, especially technical reports
Strong interpersonal skills and affinity to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong understanding of PMI concepts and project structures
– even if not certified
Experience managing and juggling changing priorities of a dozen or more concurrent projects
2-3 years working in e-commerce
Supplement experience or CPG experience
Additional Qualifications (a Plus But Not Required)

PMI PMP Certification
Six Sigma or other Certifications
Demonstrated ability to lead PMO
3+ years working as an e-Commerce Project Manager or in a similar position
Previous experience working in a direct response environment
A minimum of 1 product launch
A demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
Proficient in Microsoft Suite Products, including Word & Excel as well as Google Suite
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail
