Position Summary

As a Senior Project Manager, you will manage research projects for companies in financial services as well as other categories and throughout different stages of the product development life cycle (early stage innovation; development and optimization; validation and go-to-market planning).

You will aid in the execution and coordination of projects and work collaboratively amongst the team uncovering and communicating key insights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drives success of projects through developing thoughtful survey design, analysis, reporting, and writing of recommendations for clients, based on client business objectives
  • Owning end-to-end execution and problem-solving for multiple projects at all phases of the life cycle
  • Promoting best-in-class operational processes to deliver on-time & in-full
  • Ensuring projects are within budget, investigating overages and reporting issues and resolutions to management when needed
  • Consulting with internal team members in finding operational solutions or cost-saving opportunities to address specific client objectives
  • Partnering with the client and account team in research design, development, and timeline
  • Providing training, mentorship, and delegation to entry level employees 

Ideal Candidate has the Following Skills & Experience 

  • Completed Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent experience
  • At least 3 years of Market Research experience with a focus on project management
  • Advanced proficiency with MS Office Suite; specifically, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
  • Superior organizational skills, unflagging attention to detail & demonstrated commitment to the accuracy and completeness of information
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a strong client service orientation
  • Have mastery over processes and methodologies, adept at using analysis & reporting tools; experience with SPSS and/or other quantitative reporting tools a plus
  • Proven ability to pinpoint issues (ex: quality control, timeline slippage, scope) and manage workload with conflicting priorities
  • Highly motivated, self-directed & possess a driven personality capable of working within tight deadlines
  • Thrives within a team environment
  • Have strong written and oral communication skills, able to effectively articulate project details, issues and resolutions with clients and internal stakeholders at all levels in the organization
