This position is responsible for the successful leadership of multiple complex and cross-functional programs.
Working with cross-functional teams and independently, the Sr.
Program Manager (SPM) will define and manage the scope of customer outputs to each function within Lightning eMotors.
Efforts will span across the full program lifecycle including Concept Development, Bid and Proposal, Research and Development, Scale Production, Upgrades, and In-service Support.
The SPM is expected to lead multi-disciplinary teams and actively engage with leadership, program stakeholders, and customers to ensure program success.
