To do so, we have aligned our structure with our strategy, to ensure we win in the U.S., our largest market, and drive greater client-centricity across product, segment and geography.Citi established its Citi Data Management Policy and Standard (CDMP) to govern and manage data in compliance with regulatory expectations.  It sets forth the minimum requirements for the implementation of a consistent and controlled approach to create and use data as a critical corporate asset.

The Policy also establishes a Governance Model for Data Management, Governance and Quality across Citi.  All Citi employees, contractors, and personnel with responsibility for the ownership, production, and consumption of data must manage data in accordance with the CDMP.This position is in the US Consumer Bank, supporting its data governance related functions as outlined in the CDMP and managed by the US Consumer Analytics (USCA) team.  The USCA Center of Excellence (COE) Senior Program Manager is a program management professional who will lead the program management office for the U.S.

Consumer Strategic Data Management COE (Center of Excellence) and Data Product Management teams to coordinate amongst the various work streams and contribute to organizational effectiveness.  The ideal candidate will have a proven record of accomplishment in strategic program management and managing work across cross-functional teams.

Excellent communication skills required to negotiate internally, sometimes at a senior level.

Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required to guide, influence and convince others, in particular colleagues in other areas and occasional external customers. Responsibilities:Support the development of the program management office for the USCA Data Steward COE and Data Product Management teams to ensure the result is an efficient team that manages initiatives and objectives across the various COE work streamsSupport cross functional working groups to ensure timelines and tasks for CDMP implementation execution are met and completed.Partner with Business Optimization and Communication team members to ensure consistent implementation of communication strategies across all COE team members.Ensure concise, consistent documentation across all work streams, including risks and issues and status reportingRe-enforce communications best practices and use of templates for the organization to facilitate consistency of format in documentation Lead creation of new templates when neededSupport requests from the Global Consumer Bank (GCB) Citibank’s U.S.

Consumer Executive leadership team for updates on strategic priorities, commentary on Scorecard variances, and other ad-hoc requests Support the completion of Technology project submission and prioritization in support of all COE required Technology work.Support the completion of Technology Budget requests and approval, ensuring all required Technology funds are secured.Serve as a key liaison between COE Team members and the Data Product Management teamQualifications:5-7+ years of experienceExcellent organizational skills, with the ability to work under pressure and prioritize tight deadlinesSelf-motivated and prepared to grow into independent workAbility to drive progress with limited guidance and short turnaround timesAbility to influence broadly and challenge conventional thinking.
