Senior Marketing Manager – Digital Business Growth

As a Senior Marketing Manager, Digital Business Growth, you will develop and drive the strategy and execution for delivering best-in-class experiences for our global eSignature Digital customers and prospects from onboarding through expansion.

You’ll partner across marketing, customer success, product, operations, and analytics teams to ensure our users can discover and adopt high-value features to drive conversion, expansion, and retention, impacting key business results.

From optimizing in-product experiences to developing content to A/B testing email marketing campaigns, you’ll identify short term wins and long term opportunities that will create a loyal customer base and deliver value for our customers and DocuSign.

The Digital Business Team at DocuSign is responsible for the acquisition and retention of individual professionals and small businesses who purchase their subscriptions over eCommerce channels, including website and mobile apps.

This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Director, Digital Business and is designated Flex.

Responsibilities

Develop and drive the strategy and execution for delivering best-in-class experiences for our global eSignature Digital customers from onboarding through expansion
Manage campaigns across email marketing, in-product communications, and other digital channels, including A/B testing, to optimize adoption and engagement
Partner closely with product managers and engineering to prioritize initiatives that drive additional conversion and expansion
Analyze and interpret data & insights to build the business case and requirements for improving and scaling our existing customer experiences
Define and contribute to customer research and engagement needed to better understand customer preferences, pain points, and journey
Work with partner teams to identify and create the content our customers need to discover the value of their accounts (webinars, support content, educational videos, customer case studies, blog articles, etc.)

Basic qualifications

BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
8+ years of related experience

Preferred qualifications

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
3+ years of marketing experience in B2B SaaS
Creative problem-solver and analytical thinker
Demonstrated ability to successfully advance cross-functional projects
Experience owning and managing programs/campaigns end-to-end
Proven track record delivering on a quarterly revenue goal
Strong project management skills and attention to detail
Rapid experimentation experience across multiple digital touchpoints
Proficient verbal and written communication skills
