– SP&I (New categories).

We are looking for a dynamic, innovative leader who is excited by changing the status-quo to join our Integrated Marketing Planning (IMP) team as a Sr Manager of Integrated Marketing Planning.

In this Marketing Planning role, youÂ’ll spearhead the integrated planning of how our vaping, modern oral, traditional cigarette and smokeless brands connect with our adult nicotine consumers.

You will help to determine and drive the company towards the optimal use of our resources, leading to fewer, bigger, better planned activities that help us to realize our company goals.

As Sr Manager, youÂ’ll collaborate with other Directors & Senior Directors across the organization, as well as agency partners to help further our marketing plans.

The monthly cycle plan forum will be a key opportunity for you to help drive our business.

At this forum you will help facilitate consumer relevant choices, when it comes to resource allocation across brands, channels, and activation touchpoints.

You will help bring & align internal stakeholders on both the creative brief & consumer integrated communication plan ahead of brand launches.

You will also help the organization respond to opportunities to both correct and accelerate performance in the market, working closely within our Strategy Planning & Insights team, brand team and our broader activations team.

About 70% of your role will be working within the agreed annual plan, but approximately 30% will be in response to our market environment, whether that be brand performance, competitor activities or changes within our regulatory environment.

Our industry can be especially dynamic and as such, you will need to be agile, resilient & always full of creative energy As a true champion of the consumer, you will look to outside of category inspiration, as well as our internal global resources to help challenge the status quo.

Cross functionally, you will help to build strong SLAs & KPIs, helping to define the appropriate handover between functions, ensuring we deliver our integrated cycle plans efficiently and effectively, whilst taking responsible and calculated risks to expand the current definitions of possible, especially in moments of market disruption.

This is a pivotal role within the organization and an opportunity to help strategically transform and drive every aspect of how our plans deliver integrated consumer experiences across all consumer touchpoints.

Director SP&I Reporting Level: No Direct Reports Geographic Scope: Local WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR Responsible for producing the integrated marketing plan of how our vaping, modern oral, traditional cigarette and smokeless brands connect with our adult nicotine consumers along the consumer journey.

Drive, via the monthly Cycle Plan Forum, the integration of our brand (VUSE, VELO, Newport, NAS, Camel, Pall Mall & Grizzly) Help to orchestrate cross functionally, new marketing proposals in response to changes in our market environment, whether that be brand performance, competitor activities or changes within our regulatory environment.

Help to translate the broader company and brand visions into highly effective and efficient Consumer Experience strategies, goals, and operating plans.

Able to lean in and actively engage in the key assumptions behind our Strategic forecasts.

Help to challenge internal stakeholders towards developing new and improved activation campaigns and consumer journey touchpoints that drive connectivity and emotion.

Develop strong SLAÂ’s & KPIs to ensure the full potential of our integrated marketing plan.

Champion innovation and change while advancing a data-driven, insight led, digital-first culture of continuous optimization and growth throughout the department and across the organization.

Help drive departmental talent development and succession planning, ensuring that group is organized, staffed, and trained with professionals constantly developing their skills and proficiencies.

Promote strong teamwork and cross-functional/departmental collaboration.

Initiate collaboration with global BAT colleagues to exchange and share knowledge, best practices, and global opportunities for improvement.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE You are experienced (5 years) in leading integrated B2C, B2B2C or D2C marketing and/or brand experience in a major corporate environment.

You have 2 yearsÂ’ experience in owning the integration and connectivity of brand marketing plans, ideally within the CPG industry.

You have a consistent track record of setting consumer experience vision and innovation You have digital marketing experience and proficiency You enjoy developing and nurturing talent and crafting high performing teams You are a flexible and reliable teammate who acts in the best interest of the department and company.

You are Insight driven and encourage others.
