WHERE YOU’LL FIT WITHIN THE TEAM

With the oversight of the VP, Commercial Operations, the Sales Enablement and Communications Senior Manager provides the training, content and practices to support Bain’s front line commercial motions through the client lifecycle.

Responsibilities
Responsible for all aspects of foundational and continuous commercial learning programs for the front line, including but not limited to training content creation, scheduling and coordination, creation and deployment or delivery of on-demand modules, and instructor-led commercial training Partner closely with the Global Training and Bain experts to create, adapt and refine commercial training content for inclusion in formal partner training programs Adapt/tailor existing training content to support local or practice area delivery requirements; facilitate a closed loop process to incorporate any learnings into standard materials Manage a ‘train the trainer’ program, finding and equipping Partner trainers to lead high-impact training sessions Maintain a Commercial Excellence learning site, proactively seeking the latest, innovative thinking to help drive improvements with online learning Support servant leaders in executing effective management disciplines and establishing a front line commercial coaching program Provide refresher commercial training and facilitate experience sharing amongst servant leaders.

Work with supervisor to partner with Regional Managing Partners and Program Managers to agree on content and regularly embed in existing leadership team meetings Work with supervisor to revamp Regional Industry Practice Leader commercial training, with guidance from Global Practice Leaders and Regional Managing Partners Equip servant leaders to facilitate discussions and reinforce identified best in class commercial behaviors Partner with capability, solution and interlock leads to prepare and enable our front line to understand and sell our solutions Responsible for tracking and analysis of commercial training modules, sales enablement content usage and impact Develop feedback loops for training modules; adapting where needed Define how we will measure the impact of the training efforts, own the analytics and track results Manage various sales enablement projects and coordinate sales enablement activities as required
Experience
Bachelor’s degree required; minor or advanced degree in business preferred 5+ years of direct experience in sales enablement and/or sales training required.

Past experience selling B2B solutions preferred Demonstrated delivery of business outcomes (increased velocity, increased win rates, improved sales force performance)
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Extensive knowledge of sales training best practices (analysis, instructional design, delivery, implementation and evaluation) Extensive knowledge of sales enablement technologies, processes and best practices Self-starter, able to work independently with limited direction; highly driven to produce results Highly organized and skilled at project management Highly developed training, presentation and written communication skills with demonstrated ability to establish credibility with senior leaders
