Description
As a Senior Manager of Planning, you will provide focus to effective strategies, set high personal and linked organizational goals and expectations, and disciplined execution to exceed the goals for the Power Solutions Group; Integrated Circuit and Protection & Signal Divisions.
You will interface with assigned Business Units, Sale & Marketing, Manufacturing Management, Supply Chain Staff, Finance, & Human Resources.
You will manage and develop up to 10 direct reports.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
Key Goals/Objectives/Activities
· Meet OTD to CRD target
· Manage Inventory to Desired Levels
· Maximize Capacity Utilization
· Drive Supply Chain Management processes on a global basis
· Align Supply with Demand Strategies set forth by Business Unit
