360i is an agency of dentsu.n n Job Description n nWe are looking for a curious, creative thinker who loves building relationships to oversee influencer marketing strategy for some of our marquee clients.

The role requires a blend of strategic thinking, creative prowess, and deep knowledge of the influencer marketing and social media space.n nYou are passionate about pop culture and all things social media, from Instagram to TikTok
– and know the trends, influencers and creators across them.n n Qualifications n n You will: n Create recommendations on not just who to work with but how to work with them Develop influencer strategies, working collaboratively with social and creative teams to come up with ideas that make for amazing content and talk-worthy campaigns Be responsible for determining goals and benchmarks, and measuring the success of influencer initiatives, delivering reports and recommendations for future programs Develop campaign materials including creative briefs, key messages, and content guidelines Oversee the daily management of 1-2 accounts, serving as the day-to-day lead and influencer expert for both the client and internal, cross-functional departments Make and manage timelines and workback plans, adjusting as needed in real-time to meet campaign requirements Work with strategy, creative, social marketing, media, and other disciplines on various collaborative projects n You have: n 5+ years professional experience in influencer marketing, social media, digital strategy or related field.

Experience with influencer software tools (i.e.

CreatorIQ, Captiv8, Popular Pays) A finger on the pulse of the ever-changing world of influencer marketing and pop culture Knowledge and understanding of existing and emerging social media platforms
– from Instagram to TikTok
