Inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager, Facilities Project Manager
- You will be responsible for planning, organizing, and directing the completion of specific projects across the Americas region while ensuring that these projects are on time, on budget, and within scope.
- interacting with the leadership team of the Americas region, and elsewhere in Genpact to define project deliverables and timelines which meet both internal and external stakeholder requirements.
- Once the project has been defined you will work with stakeholders within and outside of the facilities umbrella (e.g., IT, Sourcing, HR, Finance, Data Security, and Business Leaders) including commercial property managers and other third-party vendors to deliver the project.
- Projects will cover the entire spectrum ranging from retrofitting existing space, fitting out newly leased space, integration activities as well as implementing new systems within the Infrastructure & Logistics team.
Responsibilities:
- Be the primary point of contact for assigned projects for both internal and external customers while sending regular, concise and accurate updates.
- Ensure that the final design and schedule of the project includes all the requested/approved items is within budget and on time.
- Establish priorities, review progress and generally keep stakeholders informed of all aspects relating to the Engineering Services.
This is to be done through documentation which outlines the quantitative achievements and lessons learned as well as timely verbal and email correspondence.
- Drive implementation of any assigned projects with wing to wing ownership on cost, quality, timelines and necessary integration and communication will all stake-holders, both internal and external.
This includes Finance, Sourcing, IT , Operations and Leadership.
- Partner with Sourcing and Senior Management in the writing of bids, procedures and technical specifications as they relate to UPS, PAHU, FLS, DG, ATS, RTU’s, BMS, ACS and CCTV, housekeeping and other services to achieve maximum effectiveness and value.
- Maintain an EHS compliant, socially and legally responsible and sustainable method of project execution.
- Ensure adherence to good safety procedures as well as all applicable Federal and State laws.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications
- 7+ years of Facility related project management
- Bachelor’s degree Mechanical or Electrical engineering
- Project Management Certification
Preferred qualifications
- Proficient in Spanish
- Proficient in MS Project
- Intermediate+ proficiency with Auto Cad products
