We are seeking a Senior Manager, Digital Marketing, who will be responsible for managing our paid social and display channels to drive customer acquisition and expansion for the company.You will join the quantitative, data driven media buyers team and execute global strategy across paid social and display channels.
You will drive high-impact initiatives to grow leads and revenue from these channels.
Ideally, you are a self-starter who enjoys formulating hypotheses, developing testing plans, and iterating based on data-supported insights.Responsibilities:* Hands-on management and optimization of paid social display campaigns to drive high-quality leads.* Refine and test different targeting across multiple platforms.* Build, lead and maintain a framework and a roadmap for your channels.* Develop and refine audiences to execute against both prospecting and retargeting strategies.* Develop a framework for creative testing to improve performance across social display channels.* Work cross-functionally with integrated campaigns, product marketing, and brand teams to refine messaging across ads and landing pages.* Partner with the marketing analytics team to build reporting capabilities.* Drive A/B landing page testing and optimization across your channels.* Diversify media mix by researching, onboard, integrated, and launch new vendorsRequirements:* 7+ years of demand generation and/or customer acquisition for high-growth companies!* Power uses and knows the ins and outs of the key social and display platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, Adwords, etc.* Exceptional quantitative and problem-solving skills.
Ability to analyze data, overcome data noise and make data driven decisions!* Proficiency in Google Analytics is a requirement with a proven track record building audiences and gaining insights to drive decisions.* A strong communicator that can efficiently communicate takeaways and insights to drive improvements.* Experience in B2B marketing and familiarity with B2B metrics preferred but not necessary.* Highly organized, detail oriented with an experimentation driven attitude.* This position will have 1-2 direct reports; previous experience managing talent is strongly preferred.About Zendesk
