Senior IT Program Manager (REMOTE)

ALTA IT Services is a wholly owned subsidiary of System One, a leading provider of specialized workforce solutions and integrated services. ALTA is an established leader in IT Staffing and Services, for both government and commercial enterprises across the United States, specializing in Program & Project Management, Application Development, Cybersecurity, Data & Advanced Analytics, and Agile Transformation Services.

ALTA IT is looking for a full time  Senior IT Program Manager to manage program initiatives in a PMO organization. This role is 100% remote. Experience with ERP and SaaS packages are required.

Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience with a bachelor’s degree, 7 years with a Master’s degree
• Demonstrated ability to communicate and interact with a wide range of users ranging from very technical to non-technical.
• Customer Satisfaction and Continuous Improvement experience
• The selected individual must be able to interact with director or higher-level management and communicate effectively with both oral and written presentations.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous Enterprise Services Program Manager experience.
• Experience with Agile based practices and Lean Six Sigma methodology.
• Understanding of Continuous Improvement concepts, process and tools.
• Results-oriented team player, with the ability to handle a rapidly changing set of projects and priorities while maintaining a strong professional presence.
• Prior mid-level or advanced experience as an IT Leader.
• Customer-focused with proven leadership and excellent communication skills and with ability to drive cross functional teams to action when working in a matrix organization.
• Self-starter who works quickly and effectively, can get up to speed with program processes quickly and enjoys a fast paced, dynamic environment.
• Entrepreneurial spirit, and ability to challenge the status quo while providing innovative solutions to complex IT requirements Program Management or lead role supporting customer facing information technology business.

The selected individual must be a self-starter with strong attention to detail and the ability to function independently, meet deadlines and achieve commitments.

• Act as the Enterprise Services ambassador to programs and business leadership, functional organizations, and end-customers (users).
