• Engage and maintain client relationship, determine clients’ needs in accordance with project SOW’s/SLA’s
• Developing WCM web site and portal development, creation/modification of authoring/presentation templates, developing personalization rules and WCM personalization components.

• Lead teams in handling escalated and complex project issues and coordinating technical delivery across Deloitte/client teams to provide successful resolution
• Conduct project analysis and provide efficient forecast of all project directives and timelines
• Track and manage project financials and present status to IT executives
• Help shape processes that increase efficiencies in accordance with project delivery service levels agreement requirements
• Mentor and coach stakeholders on their project management methodologies including agile and scrum
• Act as subject matter expert on project deliverables, timetables, risks, and challenges
• Coordinate across multiple stakeholder groups and manage end-to-end concurrent projects The Team Our Government & Public Sector Systems Engineering team delivers large-scale software applications and integrated systems, and assists clients with architecture design, assessment and optimization, and definition.

Government & Public Sector Systems Engineering professionals focus on key client issues that impact the core business by maximizing operational value, driving down the cost of quality, and enhancing technology innovation.

Our teams deliver a wide range of services, including application architecture design and optimization, application modernization, business process management and solution integration, custom application design and development, and large-scale technology delivery program efforts.

Qualifications Required
• Bachelor’ degree or equivalent relevant work experience
• 5 years’ experience with the ability to develop WCM web sites and portals
• 5 years’ experience creating and modifying presentation templates
• Creation of personalization rules and WCM components
• 5 years’ experience migrating web content portals form one solution to another
• Create training artifacts for the purpose of migration and or transition
• 5 years’ experience deploying multiple Portlets into the IBM WebSphere Portal Server.

• Configure and develop features to allow the ability to control portlet functionality: features such as enabling and disabling
• 5 years previous experience with the administration and configuration of the web content management system.

• Willingness to live and work in the Orlando, Florida area Preferred Requirements
• Previous experience with IBM Web Content Manager 9.0/8.5/8.0/7.0/6.x
• Authoring & Creation of Presentation Templates using WCM Components
• Understanding of IBM WCM Work Flows, Content Authoring, Syndication, Plugins
• Some Java development experience to configure WCM REST API and Script Portlet environments
