Senior Enablement Manager – Sales Process

The team

Our Marketing team creates world-class content and data-driven marketing solutions that communicate the value of DocuSign’s Agreement Cloud to reach more customers and help them understand the potential impact DocuSign can have on their business.

We design creative for a new business campaign.

Build worldwide digital experiences that touch millions.

Refine messaging around new product launches.

Organize captivating customer events.

Develop innovative social media campaigns.

Collaborate on playbooks and training with the Sales team. Marketing is the face and voice of DocuSign and plays a key, high-impact role in how we tell our story.

This position

DocuSign is growing fast and we are looking for people to join our high performance team who are excited to make a difference and help out wherever needed.

This position plays a key role in owning the strategy and delivery of enablement programs related to our sales process and methodology.

Enablement programs include, but are not limited to; eLearning courses, video tutorials, instructor-led webinars & classroom training, and change management efforts related to new processes or updates.

This role requires close partnership with our GTM Process, Operations and Strategy teams, as well as our Sales GTM leaders.

The mission of Global Field Enablement is to equip our field partners with the knowledge, skills, and tools they need in order to do the work of their lives.

Our business requires that Customer Success and Sales field employees consistently position, solution, and enable adoption of our technologies.

We help our customers realize the value found at the intersection of our products and their business initiatives.

We do this by partnering closely with Field Leadership, Product, Marketing, and Operations to identify, operationalize, and evangelize solution awareness, strategy, tools, and best practices.

The Systems Readiness team is focused on equipping our sales and success reps to be efficient and effective at leveraging the process and tools that we provide for them to be successful.

This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Senior Manager, Solutions and Systems Enablement and is designated Flex.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate enablement programs for Sales and Customer Success teams on the process and methodology that DocuSign has implemented

• Develop and maintain training content on this process (documentation, video, eLearning, etc.)

• Collaborate with strategy and operations teams to provide input and influence on process related initiatives, making sure to represent the perspective of the end users

• Partner with other enablement teams to incorporate process content into larger enablement programs, especially including new hire onboarding paths and sales skills enablement

• Partner with business stakeholders to measure and drive adoption and impact of the process on our business goals

• Help to define feedback loops for content and program improvements

• Drive continuous reinforcement of process and methodology throughout the career of a sales representative

• Exhibit proficiency with our sales motions and plays, acting as a subject matter expert

Basic qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree

• 8+ years direct SaaS sales, enablement, or consulting experience
– working with a standardized sales process and methodology

Preferred qualifications

• Capable of breaking down complex ideas and making them easy to understand

• Proven experience working with employees at all levels of an organization

• Familiarity w/sales process and methodologies

• Ability to learn new concepts quickly and then train others

• Experience in building certification and coaching programs

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Comfortable working with global audiences

Based on Colorado law, the following details are for Colorado individuals only: Colorado base salary range: $106,500
– $130,200 and eligible for bonus, equity and benefits.
