Senior Director of TIAA Marketing AnalyticsThe Senior Director of TIAA Marketing Analytics will be responsible for partnering with TIAA Marketing to execute on go-to-market initiatives and optimize campaign and other tactics to drive increased outcomes.

The ideal candidate will be equal parts marketer and analyst with an analytics & reporting skillset and the ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment.

The role will be responsible for developing and delivering an internal marketing analytics consultancy, helping understand past successes while also informing opportunities for growth in the future.

In addition to helping drive the enhancement of marketing operations and the client experience, this role will also be focused on performance reporting and optimizationKey Responsibilities and Duties* Lead a team focused on understanding & driving TIAA marketing performance through analytics and data-driven execution* Establish system to measure marketing campaign performance and impact* Track outcomes vs.

expectations, quantifying interactions between marketing campaigns and business outcomes such as* Prioritize opportunities for enhancement of tactics or optimization of spend* Work towards instilling a culture of measurement and data based decision making across Marketing* Create and maintain a series of dashboards & scorecards, manage ad-hoc requests and proactively analyze marketing data for key findings that can inform next best actions* Perform problem analysis to resolve analytics, tracking, and campaign issues* Develop analytically-based recommendations for marketing plans and mix* Partner with data and operations teams on documentation of all campaign tracking and tagging items* Support the development and testing of analytics implementations* Partner with client and product strategists, providing leadership and guidance on sizing, tactics, and outcome-level insights of efforts.* Identify opportunities in campaign reporting for further optimizations* Partner with other analytics teams to support model implementation and outcome-based reportingQualifications* 5 Years Required; 7 Years Preferred* University (Degree), PreferredPhysical Requirements* Physical Requirements: Sedentary WorkCareer Level9PLRequired Qualifications:* Five plus years in a position which has included extensive marketing analytics* Five plus years of experience working in the investment management or analytics industry* Five plus years of experience in experience-building/tracking and relevant platforms* Five plus years of experience with the ability to digest and explain complicated analyses to non-technical teams* Five plus years of deep experience with Google Analytics and reading web traffic data* Five plus years of Knowledge of Business Intelligence tools such as Tableau, DOMO, Alteryx and others* Five plus years of experience with the ability to multi-task and work efficiently under pressure with careful attention to detail* Five plus years of experience as a mentor and coach who has developed junior analysts.Preferred Qualifications:* Bachelor’s degree in quantitative field preferably* Python, SQL, SAS and other relevant languages preferred* Strong quantitative analytical skillsPotential Salary: $174,037.00 USDActual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.
