ADP is hiring a Senior Director of Internal Risk Management ADP is hiring a Senior Director of Internal Risk Management, who is responsible for leading the Global Security Organization’s (GSO) internal risk operational, intelligence, and disruptive action programs designed to protect of ADP assets worldwide.

The role entails providing leadership, guidance and support to program managers, investigators, analysts, platform integration specialists, and others; that are responsible for protecting ADP proprietary information, intellectual property, physical assets, funds and personnel.

We are seeking an innovative, technical and highly motivated leader to serve as the Senior Director of Internal Risk Management to protect ADP critical assets.

This role reports directly to the Vice President of Fraud Prevention and Financial Crimes and collaborates with other members of the GSO’s management team.

Additionally, the role includes communicating with corporate, business unit executives to prioritize ADP’s internal risk identification initiatives, based on relative risk to the corporation.

This leader is responsible for designing, leading, and directing the implementation of technical and administrative controls to detect, deter, and respond to insider risk incidents.

Additionally, the role entails managing the execution of insider risk security awareness and training programs for ADP associates.

They will deliver the program vision, strategy and continued execution of ADP’s internal risk management program spanning all business units worldwide.

They will direct a team of security professionals, charged with conducting proactive and defensive analytical and investigative functions.

They will also be accountable for managing the day to day operations, resource requirement planning, recruitment, and budget forecasting.

They will maintain strong partnerships with security practioners in public and private organizations, including the CERT Insider Threat Working Group, and various law enforcement organizations.

The team functions include evaluating business operations, in relationship to emerging risks, to help the company achieve a comprehensive, balanced and effective program to protect ADP assets against; theft, compromise, espionage or sabotage by an insider.

The team works collaboratively with stakeholders (Legal, IA, ERM, HR, IT and BU leadership) to implement technical controls, identify use cases, ingest appropriate data sources, develop analytics, refine alert criteria, and enhance employee awareness.

Things You’ll Do Maintain and enhance a comprehensive corporate internal risk prevention strategy Produce metrics to demonstrate overall program success, effectiveness, and business management Provide key input to GSO leaders on specific requirements to impact the design, engineering, implementation, operations, and general delivery of internal risk management services Monitor all program services and projects to ensure corporate protection plans are being followed and key security efforts and goals are achieved Develop and/or approve internal risk communiqués at the direction of the VP of Fraud Prevention or the Chief Security Officer, including both educational and advisory Advise Corporate Legal, Internal Audit, Enterprise Risk, Human Resources and Business Unit leaders on the relevance of internal risk efforts to effectively protect ADP and client assets Collaborate with and provide subject matter expertise to GSO investigators that conduct investigations into suspect insider threats.
