• Working closely with SVPs, GMs and COO on Insights needs and cadence
• Partnering with Product leadership to identify and deliver Insights needed to drive strategy and design
• Building new functionality from scratch; Understanding expectations and scope.
Creates new processes for multiple areas to come seamlessly under one leader without missing a beat.
• Mentoring a diverse and specialized team of experts (data, research, insights, Design, etc.)
• Delivering and expanding NPS to support Provider and Employer
• Partnering with the VP of End to End Member Experience on delivery of NPS, Forrester and other Insights to ensure focus on improvement across the Enterprise
• Expanding Insights from State-wide to include National and California sub-geographies
• Working with New Product and Portfolio Design teams to ensure Go-to-Market plans are in place for all new products, capabilities and portfolios, including creative briefs target markets, positioning, etc.
• Developing and Maintaining a source of truth for all Go-to-Market information
• Working with Marketing and/or Agencies to create baseline product collateral; ensures available for launch across FI and ASO
• Informs and leverages Insights to ensure Go-to-Market plans are accurate and evolve with learnings
• Partners across Marketing to ensure Acquisition, Engagement and Digital have the baseline information needed to inform their strategies
• Develop and execute on a people strategy that will maximize results and drive employee satisfaction.
Build/manage a high performing team.
• Has hiring, firing, promotion and reward authority within functional area, in accordance with organization guidelines.
• Develops individual goals and objectives linked to the department business plan.
• Provides developmental, training, coaching and mentoring opportunities for direct reports and teams.
Qualifications Education/Credentials
• Minimum of 12 years of relevant experience required; including at least 6 years of management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Masters degree preferred
• Project Management(PMP, CSM), Business Analysis(IIBA), or Lean Sigma(SSGB) certification desired Candidate Profile and Requirements
• Demonstrated thought leader and adviser to senior leaders.
Experience influencing executives through experience with data and market practices.
• Deep understanding of product strategy, portfolio management and product development.
• Experience in a consumer/direct-to-consumer environment preferred.
Depth in understanding the link between customer needs and management of an integrated customer experience that meets those needs, is required.
• Data–driven user center design approach to product development and management, with demonstrated ability to own products that balance and anticipate various users’ needs
• Experience driving mid to long term department and enterprise strategies
• Experience managing multiple large projects simultaneously and familiarity with business process engineering.
