Senior Delivery Manager

Agile Delivery Management Team Leadership Support resource and budget allocation planning and execution Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as backlog grooming, sprint planning, release planning, sprint retrospective, demo, and product backlog review Curate project plans/agile boards Coach team members regarding Agile practices Recommend metrics that help agile teams and organizations measure and improve their effectiveness and increase their value delivery Escalate issues and blockers to leadership as necessary to keep the team moving forward Jira and Confluence Administration Create and configure Jira boards for projects and teams Ensure users have access and tools needed to perform delivery efforts Perform additional admin tasks as needed including workflow, custom field, permission updates Ensure all work is captured and logged on a daily basis and hold team members responsible for keeping tasks updated Execute regular audits to ensure compliance with all standards Implement and facilitate planning using Jira Advanced Roadmaps internally and with teams with interdependencies Create, review, curate, and maintain documentation spaces for projects and stakeholders in Confluence Project Management Set up new projects including creation of all support materials Management of all project documents and supporting artifacts Development and maintenance of project plans to track milestones and deliverables Generate analysis to inform strategic direction and decision making of company executives Implement and/or support the automation of reporting for stakeholder awareness Requirements Development Consult with stakeholders and team members to understand the business problem and document use-cases and other details that impact scope definition and project planning and management Write User Stories and Tasks independently and in concert with key stakeholders Customer Support Provide first line of communication with users and other stakeholders for support issues including delivery and issue resolution status updates Candidate Requirements Ability to prioritize and organize effectively and manage multiple projects and assignments in a technical environment Ability to work independently with minimal instructions in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Tenacity to proactively drive projects forward and resolve obstacles to success Ability to develop strong working relationships with peers and project members Excellent critical thinking skills Experience with agile development methodology, especially Scrum Ability to work independently with minimal instructions Proven ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Understanding of project budget forecasting and reporting BA/S or higher Minimum 3 years experience in scrum master and project management roles, preferably in a technical field Minimum 1-3 years experience using Jira or other task-tracking systems Scrum Master Certification is preferred
