Who You Are

• 2.5+ years of professional services experience in a client-facing role at an accounting firm, consulting firm, or commensurate experience
• Knowledge of finance optimization, operations or process improvement, regulatory compliance, acquisitions and divestitures, program or project management, and/or change management
• A bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, information systems, or a similar field
• CPA, CISA, CFE, CPA, or PMP preferred
• Adaptability, professionalism, enthusiasm, and a great sense of humor!

What You’ll Do

• Support projects performing current state documentation, gap analysis, requirements gathering, future state design, and implementation across the organizational, process, technology (financial systems) and data dimensions
• Communicate with clients to convey project findings, updates, and recommendations
• Support internal projects involving sales/marketing initiatives, recruiting, and training
• Provide coaching and mentorship to other team members
