Senior Account Supervisor, Multicultural Digital – Miami

Edelman Miami is seeking a Senior Account Supervisor to join our Digital practice , supporting multiple clients on digital strategy development and brand building campaigns.

As a Senior Account Supervisor, you are part digital strategist, part client whisperer, all unicorn.

But underpinning it all, you are passionate about everything digital.

From community management to content planning, email marketing to website builds, channel strategies to paid media execution, you’ve seen it all.

You are not only on top of the latest online trends but also know how to get things done in this ever-changing space.

This role will partner with and report up into the SVP, Digital & Creative, providing support in tackling the day-to-day client needs, leading a team of digital specialists and bringing a digital perspective to internal and client-facing conversations
– having a point of view and ability to educate colleagues and clients with kindness is key Located at the cultural intersection between the US and Latin America, our Miami based team delivers work in a broad range of geographies and cultural markets, including Latam, US, US Hispanic and Global.

Job Responsibilities Build strong, trusting relationships with our clients and operate as day-to-day digital client contact on several major accounts Execute and lead digital marketing and social media programs for clients including oversight/execution of digital strategies, email marketing, influencer marketing, content/channel strategy, community management and website development Exhibit effective project management working closely with account teams
– prepare and/or review activity reports and status reports for clients; keep the account team abreast of timelines and deadlines; ensure high-quality delivery against deadlines Build digital project budgets and ensure teams work effectively work within budget parameters by managing day-to-day digital budget Work closely in integrated teams to ensure seamless coordination between digital activities, public relations programs and creative campaigns Demonstrate creativity and conceptual thinking on client programs and projects Participate in new business process including research, audits, proposal development, and pitch presentations Pursue opportunities for learning new expertise and share appropriately Provide strategic leadership and mentoring to a team of digital specialists, fostering their professional development and career path Collaborate with specialties, creative, client strategy and planning teams on concept and campaign development Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree, diploma, or certificate in marketing, communications, ore related discipline from an accredited college or university At 6-7 years of related experience, ideally predominantly digital communications work from a digital, PR, marketing or advertising agency Bilingual English-Spanish Experience in client service and day-to-day client contact.

A demonstrated ability to address client concerns thoughtfully and effectively A demonstrated track record of developing and executing successful digital programs A relentless passion and understanding of the role of digital communications for brand building, community engagement, etc Direct experience with social media tools and platforms
– online monitoring, blogging, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok, etc Experience in Experience creating and managing multichannel digital ecosystems Experience with effectively delegating and/or executing many tactical assignments and accurately judging and reviewing the work of junior staff Great references from past and current clients, business partners and employers Creative and innovative approach to problem solving Amazing writing and presentation skills A smart mind for business Proficiency with MS Office, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint Edelman is a global communications firm that partners with businesses and organizations to evolve, promote and protect their brands and reputations.
