nn nn n nn nn ROLE nn nn n nn Manage both direct and channel partner accounts, set and implement strategy for sales, advertising, content optimization, logistics and more Understand client business goals, set and execute an successful strategy that align with their priorities Conduct market research of customer products and brands to optimize assortment Stay up to date on best practices for selling Conduct monthly / quarterly reporting and review cycles with seller accounts focused on improving their GMV Support onboarding activities and project management for new accounts Support business teams to address Sellers’ account health concerns and enforcements, including driving effective escalations and influencing cross-functional teams to support Seller account reinstatement or issue resolution.
Develop win-win partner approach with Sellers; develop programs to improve relations, selling performance, overall relationship and seller experience Be an advocate and be solution oriented in your approach Be comfortable selling additional services; have commercial awareness Track, analyze, and report seller escalation trends; identify areas of possible process/program/product improvement.
Share knowledge and best practices with internal business stakeholders.
Work with internal and external teams to deliver results nn n nn nn REQUIREMENTS nn nn n nn Bachelor’s degree or related experience 1-3 years of experience in e-commerce, marketplace account management Familiar with tasks including keyword research, content writing, uploading, Negotiating renewal annual contracts as required Creating reports from ARA Basic / Brand Analytics platform in Vendor Central Ability to prepare monthly account reporting, including financial overviews and make seller/client recommendations Attention to detail and extremely organized Able to manage multiple projects and priorities and meet deadlines on time Excellent verbal and written communication skills An eye for design (although design experience is not required) SEO experience (preferred) Sales experience (preferred)
