Security Shift Supervisor – Graveyard

The Downs Racetrack and Casino is looking to add two Graveyard and Swing Security Shift Supervisors to join our team.

The Security Shift Supervisor is responsible for monitoring, overseeing and administering the day-to-day operations while exhibiting world-class guest service to all team members and guests.

This individual ensure team member and guest compliance and conforms to all applicable regulations, including the New Mexico Gaming Control Board regulations.

The Security Shift Supervisor must be at least 21 years of age, have a background in security, law enforcement or military, and have at least two years of supervisor experience.

Previous casino experience is preferred.

This individual must be able obtain a New Mexico Gaming Work Permit which requires both a background and credit check.’
