Job Summary In-Home Design Consultant Window Treatments Full Time Position with Benefits 3 Day Blinds has been in the business or manufacturing and selling high end window treatments to discerning clients for 40 years.

– in the comfort of their own homes.

Our main product is the service that YOU, the Design Consultant provide.

Our clients are looking for a professional designer and salesperson who will help them select (and buy) their window treatments from either our own extensive line of quality-manufactured products, or the brand names they expect from a national retailer.

Responsibilities and Duties We Offer: A full time position working 5 days per week, one being a weekend day Strong sales revenue based commissions, which include higher rates for your own leads, generous target-based cash bonuses, competitions, and spiffs Employee benefits which include Insurances (Medical, Dental, Vision) and 401K after 60 days, and fuel reimbursement 4 weeks (contiguous) training with pay, plus up to 3 of your first weeks on the job accompanied by an experienced colleague to ensure your success All the equipment you need
– from a laptop/tablet, phone and incredible sample set to real-time support from a hotline help desk A pay guarantee until your commissions come through Qualified leads on which to base your growth toward a six figure income Qualifications and Skills What You Need (essential): At least 2 years consultative consumer sales experience (not only store retail or cashier), and preferably in-home A passion and skillset for (and preferably experience in) either: Interior Design Home Decorating/Renovations High-end furniture sales The willingness and ability to drive and develop own leads and business, and an understanding of the importance of repeat business and referrals through building trust and relationships Professional skills which include extreme reliability, close attention to detail, and the drive to succeed The willingness and drive to attend 4 weeks intensive training (possibly out of state with all expenses paid), the ability to use a PC, and the confidence to thrive in a commission-based position A reliable vehicle
