Sales Manager / Sales Closer

We are looking for an experienced and successful SALES Manager / Sales Guru to lead the department.

This energetic person will be in charge of bringing the company to new heights.

JOB DUTIES:

– Supervise team of 25 brand ambassadors

– Train and develop staff

– Have daily client interactions

– Perform sales closings

– Recommend the most suitable products for customers

– Manage employee schedule and performance

– Compile daily, weekly and monthly reports

REQUIREMENTS:

– Excellent Communication Skills

– Must be sales driven
– Professional and polished appearance

– 3-5 year Sales Experience

– Managerial experience is needed

– ENTHUSIASM and excitement for growth

– Must be well rounded and have ability to perform multiple functions

– $85,000 depending on performance.
