Sales Manager – B2C

This is a Full-time position in Lehi, UT posted January 31, 2022.

Have a direct impact:

The B2C Sales Manager is an integral member of the Career Step team, with specific responsibility to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

As a sales manager, you will achieve these results and objectives through effective planning, training, and performance driven leadership.

Youre highly skilled in analyzing data, lead management, and will drive performance to help individual team members reach their goals in a fast-paced sales environment.

This role reports directly to the Director of Sales.

A day in the life:
Responsible for achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual team sales targets

Plan and hold regular sales and product training meetings for the enrollment team

Provide live call coaching and feedback to account executive

Recruit top talent and execute new hire training

Effectively perform 1-on-1 call review sessions and weekly pipeline review meetings with each representative

Provide weekly progress reports and training plans

Regularly report on the sales pipeline and forecasts at weekly sales and marketing meetings

Execute performance improvement plans for under-performing reps or for disciplinary issues

What you’ll need:
5+ sales coaching/management experience

Creative in motivating reps to improve their sales performance.

Proactive approach and ability to work on multiple competing priorities and projects

Proficient in sales marketing and familiar with industry technology

Results focused

Strong communication skills both written and verbal
