Anblicks is growing and looking for a Sales Manager!! If you are a self-starter that takes pride in your Software Services, Managed Services and IT Staff Augmentation background, building great customer relationships, and thinking outside the box to close deals, we would love to speak with you!

The Sales Manager is a high impact position and is key to taking our business to new heights. In this role, you will grow top line/gross revenue & gross profit in conjunction with company objectives and strategy, and communicate with new customers while maintaining and growing in his or her services line.

What We Look For:

Creative, smart, motivated, proactive, organized, and goal-oriented team player

  • 5+ years of focused software application and managed services sales experience
  • 10+ years of IT Sales experience meeting targets and revenue consistently
  • Proven ability to identify and differentiate between viable opportunities and non-target customers
  • Sound understanding of technology sales resulting in closed business
  • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skillsand be able to communicate professionally both verbally and in written correspondence
  • Organized and analytical, able to eliminate sales obstacles through creative and adaptive approaches
  • Organized, highly motivated individual that has excellent goal and task management skills
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment

What You Will Do:

  • Effectively identify new sales opportunities using enabled qualifying skills
  • Competitively position company Service offerings to win new contracts, closing both new annual and multi-year contracts
  • Proactively presenting the company and services value proposition to customers
  • Negotiate with senior executives and at all levels — from Mid-market to Fortune-1000 clients
  • Collaborate with internal team members for proposals and related sales needs
  • Prepare necessary reports (Prospect’s, proposal’s, metrics, periodic business reviews) and maintain in the CRM
  • Provide updated forecast and sales plan regularly to meet set goals

Requirements and Working Conditions:

  • Bachelor degree with PC proficiency required
  • Valid driving license as job includes extensive travel to clients’ premises
  • Prospective employees must pass a background check and provide current & past employer references
