is looking for a Sales Director focused in our central region.

This person is acreative thinker, problem solver, relationship builder with 5-10 years of experience selling digital media to agencies and brands with a strong knowledge of both managed service, programmatic and CTV media.

This person must have strong relationships with agency execs and key decision makers as well as brand direct.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Identify, target, and acquire new Private Marketplace and managed service business opportunities by implementing a well thought out and strategic business plan for your territory based on Verve’s solutions
Understand your customers and prospects business and marketing challenges
Create “best in class” customized presentations to agencies and brands to win their respect, trust and business
Stay on top of industry trends and technologies
Meet quarterly revenue targets as set by management
Maintain accurate and up to date CRM data based on sales engagement including contacts, email correspondence, RFP’s, Proposals, contracts, opportunity forecasting
Gather and share information for potential improvements and changes that can be added to the product roadmap during planning cycles
Collaborate with other sellers based on strategic account planning to surround the sale
– covering both agency and brand.

Requirements

5-10 years of experience working in a media sales organization selling brand advertising campaigns to both brands and agencies; CTV, mobile and DOOH experience a plus
5+ years of experience selling programmatic advertising and/or educating brands, agencies, and trading desks about programmatic advertising
BA/BS degree required
A strong set of existing relationships with brands, direct clients, and agencies at all levels in the market
Proven track record of building relationships with the media/advertising industry
Deep understanding of the programmatic advertising, mobile in-app and mobile web, CTV and DOOH advertising ecosystems
Experience in or a passion for solving complex marketing challenges
Exceptional consultative and solution-driven relationship skills
High energy, self-motivated and passionate about working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
