Sr.
Business Development Director (Hunter) will be accountable for net new sales for the Fintech sub-vertical at HCL.
The manager is expected to come with experience in selling in Fintech or financial services vertical.
Comes with strong rolodex and establish strong relationships with the clients (including CxO level relationships) in this domain and open doors for the new opportunities in the market place.
This role is pure hunting in to new accounts.
(1.) To create a funnel of new business opportunities from the current account by showcasing HCL end-to-end service capabilities.
(2.) To maintain and sustain relationship with customer contacts.
(3.) To oversee commercial aspects (revenue, margins, receivables) for the current account.
(4.) To proactively locate gaps in current delivery and build business case for enhanced service offerings.
(5.) To track and ensure that delivery escalations are closed appropriately.
Qualification
B Tech, BSc(Eng)
– Bachelor of Science in Eng, Masters in Business Administration
