Bigfork Technologies is a cloud software company helping legal teams leverage process through the power of software & collaboration.
This is an outside B2B sales position.
You will be responsible for building and implementing an effective sales strategy to drive adoption of our ALOE legal ops platform, with a focus on in-house counsel within mid to large organizations.
We want our Sales Director to build a prospect list of target clients, initiate contact to these prospects, demonstrate the productÂ’s values, and close subscription services and customization services to meet target sales.
We are looking for self-motivated, team-oriented individual to join our small team, who can thrive in an organization that prides itself on a culture of openness, honesty, and integrity.
If you are customer focused technologist, are an effective communicator in both verbal and written forms, with strong presentation skills, high ambition, and understand legal operations with experience in selling to or working in the legal field.

Ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in enterprise level technology-based sales, have a proven track record of achieving targets and can effectively manage a pipeline and communicate appropriate expectations.
Required Experience
·        Proven track record closing transactions
·        Experience managing key customer relationships and closing strategic sales opportunities
·        Extensive experience utilizing a CRM to manage team performance metrics
·        Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance targets
·        Proven ability to make a positive impact outside of an individual role
·        Knowledge working with legal procurement and contracting
·        Minimum 3-10 years’ directly applicable work experience in a similar role, including project management experience.
·        Knowledge of Legal Operations processes and technology preferred
