Job Description Responsibilities will include but not be limited to: Commitment to integrity, responsibility, accountability and authentic servant leadership.

Develop and accomplish a lead generation plan that meets or exceeds quota targets.

Cultivate the pipeline by acting on field marketing leads and conducting outbound calls.

Research and prospect to make outbound cold calls.

“Focus on customer” by understanding their challenges and obstacles.

Understand and articulate the depth and breadth of Tier One Acquisitions’ product portfolio.

Appropriately qualify all leads and establish an action plan.

Participate in entry level sales program training sessions, meetings, skill building and professional development classes.

Capture accurate and complete information in Customer Relationship Management system (CRM).

Cooperate with sales management to determine strategic approaches for sales.

Maintain and expand the database of prospects for the organization.

Qualifications Basic Qualifications Bachelors degree and two years related experience or five years related work experience post high school Two years implementing sales strategies One year of leading and directing field sales teams Team player and coaching mentality Preferred Qualifications Three years of developing and leading field teams at the executive level Three years experience in managing customer service relationships Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
