Were looking for a Sales Account Manager based in Singapore and responsible to develop new sales pipelines and meet the annual sales quota.

You will be responsible for building the business from scratch with minimal supervision which means there will be lots of independent and self-initiated activities around prospecting and acquiring new customers versus a small amount of account management activities.

WHAT YOU&039;LL DO: Identify, qualify and close leads in various market segments including Automotive, Commercial, Fleets etc.

Build on-going relationships with new customers while maintaining pipeline of leads Guide contract negotiation process and manage accounts through the project delivery and go-live process Report on the status of engagements and new opportunities in weekly updates and monthly management forecasting reviews Consistently and accurately input data into CRM system; process orders directly to ensure accuracy Manage contract renewals and upsell opportunities for existing customers WHAT WE&039;RE LOOKING FOR: Strong salesperson with min.

7 years sales experience and capable to pitch to a diverse range of customers Experience working with Salesforce to manage customers pipelines and close deals Knowledge and strong network of contacts in Commercial Buildings, Condos and facility companies Prefer experience selling electric vehicle charging, solar or energy management solutions Experience selling SaaS, PaaS enterprise or other software sales preferred not required Network with facility management and real estate developers and construction companies a strong plus Successful track record in closing high volume deals involving complex and long sales cycles Independent, entrepreneurial and results-focused Passion for the clean energy industry with strong interest and desire to help further EV adoption Travel as needed to achieve company objectives Minimum diploma, degree preferred WHAT WE OFFER: Employee benefits include medical and dental insurance and annual leaves Daily ownership of your role in a challenging, high-growth environment Youll get to work with and learn from some of the best and brightest in this emerging market AAP/EEO Statement Greenlots is an equal opportunity employer and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any kind.
