We're adding to our rockstar sales team to help us grow the business.GSI is hiring Sales Account Managers to be responsible for scouting, closing, managing and building existing accounts.

This sales expert will aggressively sell products and has a passion for identifying, developing, and signing new business.

A strong candidate will be a self-motivated closer with a proven track record of success, have excellent tech skills, written and verbal communication skills, strong account management skills, a consistent work ethic, and a desire to become a key player in a fast growing business.BASE HOURLY PLUS UNCAPPED COMMISSIONS

Big territories, huge lead pools and inbound lead engine to fuel your growth.Essential Duties & Responsibilities* Aggressively sell products* Field large influx of inbound leads and close them* Identify, develop, and sign new business by developing a pipeline of sales opportunities through outbound sales calls, company generated leads, and inbound inquiries* Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest to expand your list of prospects* Increase revenue and customer retention by identifying opportunities to up-sell new products and services* Meet established productivity goals, such as sales, call handling time, record keeping accuracy* Educate customers and potentials on company products and services, including competitive advantages over alternative options* Attend trade shows and industry events* Provide excellent customer service support to customers* Maintain accurate data and detailed customer history in company database* Perform other clerical and administrative duties as assigned* Prepare for weekly meeting to discuss wins and opportunitiesMinimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)* BA/BS degree or equivalent preferred* 1+ year related outside sales experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience* Prior experience with CRM software required* Excellent oral and written communication skills* "Type A" personality
– supremely motivated to exceed quotas and earn sales commissions* Ability to establish rapport and build relationships over the phone and via email* Ability to react to situations with a keen sense of urgency* Ability to become familiar with current product lines, customer base, and industry* Excellent customer relationship skills* Be located in Sonoma County, or willing to relocate here *Bay Area ONLY Candidates*Job Type: Full-timePay: $20.00
