Reporting directly to the Manager of Quality, The RN Trauma Supervisor will be supported by numerous D.A.I.S.Y award nurses who have the highest level of nurse experience to offer the RN Supervisor of Trauma the utmost support. This collaborative team of nursing experts is an excellent team for the RN Trauma Supervisor to work with.

The RN Trauma Supervisor will participate in the development, coordination, and monitoring of trauma treatment, policies, and procedures within the hospital, local area, state, and region. The RN Trauma Supervisor will manage all facets of care, including policies and procedures, documentation, and data collection/synthesis to ensure continual readiness for State Trauma Survey. The RN Supervisor of Trauma will also provide leadership, training, coaching, mentoring, and hands-on support to the organization by meeting tactical and strategic goals.
