– East Haven Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is a 200-bed facility servicing the North East Bronx Community.

East Haven offers short-term rehab, sub-acute care, and nursing home care, as well as offering in-house hospice care.

Caring is our Commitment is our motto and we are seeking a Registered Nurse Supervisor with the same dedication, who is self-driven with strong leadership alibies.

As an RN Supervisor you will facilitate clinical management, work effectively under pressure, meet deadlines, manage multiple priorities and enhance the spirit of teamwork through effective role modeling.

The Supervisor should have the ability to collaborate effectively with medical staff, department managers, ancillary services, and customers in a professional and courteous manner and demonstrate ability to manage self professionally in stressful situations.

Minimum Qualifications: New York State LPN License Familiar with Nursing Home health, safety and infection control standards & procedures Strong management skills LTC experience preferred EMR experience preferred COVID-19 vaccination is mandated unless appropriate medical exemption is provided All shifts available What we Offer: Salary to commensurate with experience Paid time off Sick pay Retirement
