RN Case Manager – Webster City

This is a Contract position in Webster City, IA posted February 26, 2022.

We are currently URGENTLY HIRING for RNs to assist our clients in the Webster City area.

As a Registered Nurse Case Manager at Iowa Home Care your job duties will include client assessments, electronic charting, aide supervision, care team coordination, as well as employee and client education. Qualified individuals will possess the ability to multitask, be detail-oriented, and have strong clinical and communication skills. Preferred applicants will have previous home care experience with OASIS knowledge (although not required). RN Case Managers receive a base salary with consistent bonus opportunities!

A current Iowa nursing license, driving license, reliable transportation and auto insurance are required.

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. One (1) to two (2) years of recent acute care experience in an institutional setting.
  • Current licensure in state and CPR certification.
  • Bachelors degree, with one (1) year of home health care experience preferred.
  • Management experience not required. Responsible for supervising home health aides.
  • Excellent observation, verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, basic math skills; nursing skills per competency checklist.
  • Prolonged or considerable walking or standing. Able to lift, position or transfer patients. Able to lift supplies and equipment. Considerable reaching, stooping, bending, kneeling or crouching. Visual acuity and hearing to perform required nursing skills.
  • Licensed driver with automobile that is in good working order and insured in accordance with the organization requirements.
