You build respectful working relationships with our clients, vendors and team and have the resilience to resolve conflict.You are mobile and will be comfortable to travel up to 75%of your time for this role where you will work on our customer sites across the US (including but not limited to, AL, AZ, FL, GA, KY, OH, PA, TX).In addition, you have:* 7+ years’ industry experience in refractory or industrial materials (steel, iron, chemical cement, lime, etc) required.* 5+ years’ leadership experience preferred.* High school diploma / GED required.* Relevant educational background preferred.* MSHA Part 46 / 48 Certification ideal,we will train on-site.* OSHA 10 / 30 Hour Certification advantageous.* Valid Driver’s License essential.* English fluency essential, Spanish is also advantageous.* As this is a mobile role, shifts will be 10-12 hours with various shift start times.* Possess RHI Magnesita’s core values of passion, integrity, hard work and professionalism.About the JobAs a you will be responsible for overseeing the daily demolition and installation of refractory materials at plants and monitor the progress of projects.
