To further ensure and grow our sales department, we are currently looking for a RFP Program Manager.
As a RFP Program Manager, you will be responsible for developing proposals, bids, quotations, RFP responses, or other documents describing organizational products and services in response to requests from prospective clients.
Key Job Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To
Collaborates and coordinates with internal contributors and subject matter experts to ensure content is complete, accurate, and maximizes business opportunities.
Preparation and maintenance of a repository of templates, standard language, and product collateral or exhibits.
May also be responsible to assist with the preparation of custom response content for complex or unique inquiries.
Organize and maintain product information, content and other information necessary for the timely, accurate and compelling completion of a response to an RFP
Ability to formulate appropriate proposals based on the strategy and needs of the submitting enterprise while following company brand/writing guidelines
4 year degree
5+ years of experience
Previous RFP or proposal experience required
Salesforce experience, preferred
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously, including excellent time/project management and change management experience
Excellent written and oral communications skills
Experience working directly and professionally with all levels of staff (i.e.
executives, management, Sales, and peers)
Outstanding and proven skills in decision-making, critical thinking and problem-solving
Deadline-focused with ability to work under time constraints while producing high-quality material
An understanding of corporate branding and experience in creative design
