As a Galls Store Manager ( Retail Branch Manager), you will embark on a fulfilling and rewarding career journey. Through effective leadership to one of our 80+ branches, you will be leading a branch, and making an impact doing so. In addition to leading the store team, the Branch Manager is also responsible for the store P&L, driving revenue growth, market growth, and market share through partnerships with Sales, Operations and Production.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Lead and develop the branch team
- Work cross-functionally with Galls teams to develop and implement strategies
- Collaborate with Sales to ensure store is exceeding customers’ expectations
- Responsible for exceeding sales, margin, profitability, and operational goals
- Provide an annual sales and operations plan; while also providing quarterly updates, revisions and modifications to the plan
- Assist in the selection, evaluation, and development of team members
- Effectively run both Front of House, and Back of House operations
- Other duties assigned as business dictates

WHAT YOU BRING
- Proven ability to manage all aspects of a retail operation
- General Manager or Store Manager experience required
- Business and financial acumen, with a proven track record of managing store profitability
- Technically savvy – ability to learn new systems, including proprietary systems
- Customer-focused, with unwavering dedication to clients
- Market and/or industry knowledge preferred (previous Public Safety experience)
