Repair Project Manager/Estimator

Our focus is to get our clients back into their homes or offices as quickly as possible after a disaster. Client satisfaction is very important to us and need a client oriented Project Manager that will produce quality results quickly and independently with minimal supervision.The Repair Project Manager/Estimator’s responsibilities and duties include, but are not limited to the following:Duties and ResponsibilitiesUses industry software to estimate and manage residential and commercial water, fire, wind, and mold restoration projectsEstimates and manages reconstruction projectsBids projects with enough detail to provide accurate budgets and purchase ordersSupervises, monitors, and revises all activities associated with the projects and its successful completion by brining the project in or below budgetMonitors job cost reports for assigned projectsPrepares and helps determine schedules for manpower utilization and materials delivered to the siteTracks and monitors progress while correcting and mitigating any deviationsCreates and updates project schedulesManages vendor installations, scopes of work and contract adherenceAssists in controlling excessive costs and waste throughout each projectHelps to ensure that all assigned personnel are thoroughly trained in their duties and responsibilities, including safety precautionsMeets regularly with any assigned personnel to ensure proper information flow and responsibilities, including safety precautionsDemonstrates good judgment in investigating problems and making decisionsRespects and maintains confidentiality of company, client, and personnel informationWorks with General Manager regarding bid document requirementsQualificationsAdvanced education in construction/project management, business, engineering or related field. Entry level individual with 5 years related project management experience responsible for both design and construction implementation.Capable of handling up to $2M in budgeted projectsExperience in directing all phases of multiple projects from idea generation to operation.Demonstrated capabilities of high ethical and value driven standards.Sound leadership characteristics.Strong interpersonal skills including the ability to understand and convey the sensitivities and philosophies of the Company and its management.Flexible team player with the ability to step in and out of leadership roles as the situation dictates.Required experience:Project management in construction
