Luxury Brand
The Sales Manager role is a critical position of embodying the Company brand in managing the interaction with retail partners in their customer journey. They are excellent communicators, business consultants and brand ambassadors to partner with customers and provide the professional solutions to drive the achievement of business goals. Developing customer relationship, helping our retail partners succeed, communicating effectively with all departments internally, and achieving sales goals through leveraging compelling merchandising and marketing programs, as well as strong sales support, is first and foremost roles of a sales representative.
Requirements
Ø High school diploma or GED equivalent required
Ø 5+ years of consultative sales experience, preferably in the jewelry, luxury or wholesale/retail industry
Ø Demonstrated track record in delivering sales goals and providing outstanding customer and consumer service, especially in the jewelry or luxury industry
Ø Skills and experience working with CRM, retail inventory management system, and Excel a definite advantage
Ø Good team player who is able to communicate effectively at all levels
Ø Passionate about the sales profession and the jewelry/luxury industry
Ø Good analytical skills and strong business acumen
Ø Is independent, proactive and demonstrate a high level of perseverance
Ø Great problem solver and high level of empathy
Ø A strong sense of integrity and business ethics
Ø Frequent overnight travel within a defined territory may be required
Additional Duties & Responsibilites:
Ø Work with HQ and retail partners on implementing effective co-op programs, offline and online showroom, as well as online and offline trunk shows to enhance consumer engagement and product sales
Ø Work with Brand Specialists to drive brand awareness, product and selling skills training, go-to-market campaigns, visual merchandising, and ambassador program to ensure alignment and effective execution of all initiatives rolled out to the retail store level
Ø Work and communicate closely with Sales Support, Retail Relations and Customer Service to ensure on time after-sales customer services, problem solving, and handling complaints

Ø Work with retail partners to continuously drive for innovative change and transformation to position the Company as a leading brand in the industry
Ø Drive sales results and achieve individual and retail store goals in line with the Company business strategy
Ø Consistently deliver the effective sales behaviors and partner with customers to promote all brand and marketing initiatives to achieve personal and retail store goals
Ø Develop and expand new retail partners and accounts in alignment with the Companies distribution strategies
Ø Manage retail partners, evaluate their performance and advise management on growth and retention strategies in their defined territory
Ø Facilitate and support the digital transformation of retail partners through working with HQ on social media, clienteling, e-commerce, and brand ambassador programs
Ø Consistently conduct market, trade and competitor research and analysis, report findings to the management, and work with retail partners to take actions accordingly to enhance competitiveness of the brand and products
Ø Act as a professional business consultant to advise and help customers meet the changing market requirements and consumer needs leveraging Company products and brand
Ø Work with retail partners on developing and executing business improvement strategies and plans based on quantitative performance data analysis and structured evaluation
Ø Ensure the retail stores offer an image and service level to the consumers which is aligned with the Company brand identity by exceeding customer expectations and delivering the highest level of services at all times
Ø Understand company and distribution strategies and ensure that focus and priorities are aligned with those strategies
Ø Understand all sales support programs and actively communicate with HQ to fully leverage these opportunities to continuously improve sales performance at the retail store level
Ø Communicate brand equity, merchandising strategies, marketing programs and go-to-market campaigns effectively with retail partners to drive performance and building the Company brand in our retail partner network
Ø Coach and train sales associates on visual merchandising, Company Brand identity, product knowledge, go-to-market campaigns, as well as selling techniques to enhance their sales performance of Company products, project the Company image, and ensure consumers enjoy a shopping experience defined by the Companies consumer journey
Ø Collect feedback from retail partners on the company’s brand, product portfolio, go-to-market programs as well as retail partner strategies and channel them to the management accordingly for improvement actions in the HQ
Ø Participate actively in and leverage online and offline trade shows organized by the company to attract new customers and up sell existing customers
