Regional Sales Manager

Cleveroad Inc is a young Ukrainian IT outsourcing company with two big R&D centers in Dnepropetrovsk and Kharkiv. At the moment our company is expanding to European and United States markets. We are in progress of choosing the right region for opening a sales office and hiring full-time Sales Rep.
Before we have an understanding of the right location, we are seeking a person, who will be responsible for:
– Find the client for R&D (full cycle of IT development) services locally- Creating the DB of potential clients- Representing our company, providing demos, presentations.
At the start we are going to pay a commission of 10% for every sale made. We are expecting a person to provide a 100K+ sales channel.
If we have an interested person, and successful sales experience, we will open a regional office and propose next terms to you:
– full-time employment- 70K salary for the start- 10% commission- visit to our office in Ukraine, meet the team: )
