Job Summary

Responsible for managing a specific geographic territory.

The role centers around building meaningful business relationships with advisors, TPAs and other centers of influence in order to distribute OA Retirement products and services.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Developing Key Advisor/TPA/COI Relationships-20 percent
• Build OA Brand-15 percent
• Developing meaningful Pipeline-25 percent
• Close Retirement Plan Business-40 percent

Job Requirements

Required Education and/or Certifications

• 4-year Bachelor’s Degree

Recommended Education and/or certifications

• Industry Designation such QKA, CEBS QPC, RPA are recommended

Required Work Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of Retirement Plan Sales experience
• Or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background

Salary Band: S06

As a condition of employment, OneAmerica requires that all new hires who received a job offer on or after 11/1/21 provide evidence of vaccination against COVID-19 within 60 days of their start date of employment with OneAmerica, unless an exemption has been granted as an accommodation due to the individual’s medical condition, sincerely held religious belief, or other legal requirement.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the majority of OneAmerica associates are currently working remotely in accordance with our safety protocols.

The selected candidate will be expected to temporarily work remotely for an unspecified period of time as determined in OneAmerica’s sole discretion.

When normal business operations resume, the selected candidate will be expected to physically return to work in the office located in the appropriate location.
