We are seeking a progressive Regional Property Manager to join our team of avid learners; someone who is passionate for delivering results and making an impact.
The Regional Property Manager is known as a Talent Resource Manager at Bluestone.
They will oversee a portfolio of conventional multifamily communities in Tennessee.
Our communities range in size and will be a combination of Class A & B assets.
As the Regional Property Manager (TRM), your mission is to provide solid leadership to the assigned portfolio while demanding superior performance, placing an emphasis on results, while developing all B-level Property Manager Players into A-level Players or by quickly identifying under-performing employees and then networking/recruiting to find top A-Players that will be hired, trained, and developed with the support, from the recruitment team.

* Inspect, verify and audit the communities frequency to confirm Bluestone and legal compliance.

Requirements
WHAT YOU BRING TO BLUESTONE
* Must have 2 years of Multi-family Property Management Experience in a Regional Property Manager role or similar.
* Proven success of managing a portfolio of 1,500 plus units that perform to or exceed budget expectations.
* Experience managing rent maximizing software.
* Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Previous experience with Yardi is preferred.
* Easy access to major airport is preferred.
* Travel up to 70%.
