The Regional Manager oversees a team of Clinical Educators who provide point-of-service support and who are the customer facing experts on the patient journey with key healthcare providers and clinics. The Regional Manager manages and provides on-going feedback and coaching to the CEs in order to enhance disease knowledge, assist patient pull-through, enhance compliance, improve adherence and patient access to product. The Regional Manager oversees that the CEs have an in-depth understanding of the patient support offerings through the client’s patient services, and other patient support offers outside of client.

What will you be doing?
Develop 30/60/90-day Regional Launch Plan
Manage field operations of Clinical Educators as key point person
Conduct and document regular field visits with Clinical Educators
Provide on-going coaching, feedback, and direction to direct reports
Take ownership for all region responsibilities
Communicate to team, Client field-based leadership and internal Ashfield staff
Support Vice President of Clinical Services and/or Senior Director of Operations, Clinical Services, as requested/needed.
Facilitate/participate in team meetings and conference calls
Prepare and confirm accuracy of all reports, spreadsheets and correspondence prior to distribution
Demonstrate sound decision making and judgment
Verify and validate project roster for any changes due to launch, realignment, transfers, up/downsizing, etc., as needed
Ensure field team has all appropriate equipment and communications support
Participate, as requested, in internal meetings to update progress and suggest positive solutions to specific issues and/or opportunities
What do you need for this position?
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in field leadership/supervisory management
Bachelor’s Degree required, BSN Preferred
Active RN required
Experience working in a neurology, immunology disease state or related field preferred
Experience in identifying, hiring, training and developing talent
Case management experience.
Experience in Clinical Education and patient teaching environment
Must live near a major airport
Valid Driver’s License
Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook
Excellent interpersonal skills
Demonstrable organizational skills
A self-starter with high personal motivation
Ability to manage multiple tasks
Evidence of continual professional development and a desire to update professional knowledge base regularly
Ability to travel up to 75% within assigned region
Ability to lift, carry and otherwise move up to 25 pounds
Ability to sit, stand or walk for various lengths of time throughout the day
Ability to operate fax/copy machines, telephone, calculator and general office equipment on a daily basis
